Examination Date

Exam Day Requirements:

Registration is open from 8:00am to 8:30am. Please bring student ID or driver’s license, pencil, PPE, current CPR card, notarized letter of recommendation and a lunch in a clear plastic container or bag as there will be a midday break on the day of the exam. NO CELL PHONES OR SMART DEVICES  PERMITTED IN THE BUILDING or you will not be permitted to take the exam.
